4th Sacha Festival in Czech Republic

Wednesday 19 – Sunday 23 October 2016

This autumn will be the fourth edition of the Sacha Festival. The theme will be “The road to nowhere”. The festival will take place at the beautiful center “Samassati”, located amidst the natural splendor of Czech Republic. This rural spot has a beautiful meditation hall as well as a spacious garden suitable for outside activities. The working language will be English, with continuous Czech translation. There will be sleeping accommodation for 65 persons in different bedrooms as well as an area for several tents.

Program

We will start on Wednesday evening at 8 pm with an open satsang, which is also accessible for people not attending the festival. On Thursday and Friday Pavan will guide a sweat lodge ceremony and Mati will guide a dance – and breathing program. On one of these evenings a Sacha movie will be shown, featuring the Ashram in India as it was 20 years ago and unique images of ShantiMayi and Maharaji.

During the weekend Naropa will be giving satsang and meditation sessions all day. Each day will be started with a Gayatri Mantra meditation. On Saturday evening there will be a dance party with DJ Durga Mati and Saviturya, the mantra group, will also be playing regularly. Sunday morning will be started with a Havan (fire ceremony).

Pavan: For more than 22 years Pavan has been part of the Sacha tradition, and connected to Osho since years before. She is one of the founders of the Sachahaus in Germany. In the past decade Pavan has done a lot of Shamanistic work, including the Sundance. Besides guiding sweat lodges she gives satsang and leads vipassana retreats. www.sachahaus.de

Naropa: Has been connected to the Sacha tradition since 1994 and to Osho since 1985. Naropa has been giving satsang and organizes retreats since 2008. Naropa has a unique way of sharing the truth and awakening the heart. www.naropa.eu

Mati: Connected to the Sacha tradition since 2008 and in 1988 to Osho. She has been organizing dance courses and weekends In Holland as well as abroad since 1998. She has her own creative way of enriching dance with meditation, breathmeditations and other inspirational sources. www.dansdevijfritmes.nl

Cancellation policy: If cancelled before September 15, € 50 is liable to pay. After September 15 it’s € 100.
