Online 10-days vipassana retreat z Trimurti

You are invited to join the retreat taking place at Sacha retreat centre Trimurti.
You will follow the whole programme with Zoom. We will give you the login codes after you have made the payment.
You can participate in the whole programme including the sharing in the evening.

You can live these days in silence at home. You can also practice Seva at home.
We will have daily 5 or 6 sitting sessions of an hour or 45 minutes and walking meditation.

This silence retreat is nothing concealing and is a direct confrontation with actuality and encounter with reality. It provides a natural detoxification of body and mind in order to be in the simplicity and depth of the natural state. The natural state is characterised by: openness, emptiness, presence, timelessness and love.

The retreat is in silence. Also, no reading, writing or telephoning is allowed. We are turned inward with no distractions.

Prices:
Participation in the whole online retreat costs €250. If you join for 5 days, it costs €150, or €35 per day. The payment should be transferred in advance to this Czech account number:
